The essence of the arrangement is simple --- “You do the selling, we do the support.”

Under such an arrangement, we provide you and your prospects with sales support, product resources, a 30-day product trial, technical support, and many other benefits. And after you make a sale, we will provide the same level of support to your customer.

Under this relationship, we provide the product to you at a substantial discount, one that becomes your profit—all with very little effort on your part beyond initial discussions with the prospect.

Used in conjunction with an effective Internet usage policy, our products deliver immediate benefits, e.g., greater workforce productivity, lower bandwidth costs and reduced risk of legal liability.

Our solutions have a worldwide market, and they meet an ever increasing need for organizations to stay on top of growing Internet trends that can be harmful, risky, or reduce employee productivity. Among these are excessive bandwidth consumption (e.g., video streaming), social networking, security threats, and many others. Sales from our products have grown consistently since 1997, many through resellers.  Our client list includes Procter & Gamble, General Electric, British Telecom, US Department of State, Edward Jones, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, IBM, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway (BNSF), EDS/HP, IKEA, Miller Coors Brewing, Siemens and a growing list of global enterprises and government agencies. Our partnerships include Microsoft and Novell, and we're a Federal Supply Schedule vendor with the U.S. Government Services Administration.

To cover the full spectrum of customer needs and different infrastructures, we offer four software solutions and one hardware solution.  Software solutions include: CyBlock Proxy, Cyfin Proxy, Cyfin Reporter, and CyBlock ISA / TMG.  The two CyBlock software products offer Web-use filtering and reporting capabilities, while our Cyfin products provide monitoring and reporting. Cyfin Reporter reports on employee Web use and supports 95 different logfile formats. CyBlock ISA / TMG is an Internet filter for Microsoft ISA Server and Forefront TMG.  Please note that both ‘Proxy’ products are proxy servers and do not require an existing firewall, proxy server, caching appliance, etc.

Our hardware offering is CyBlock Appliance. Its functionality is an expanded version of our CyBlock Proxy product, i.e., it monitors and filters both http and non-http protocols, while CyBlock Proxy concentrates solely on Web traffic.

All of these products are easy to install, configure, customize and administer.  They are also scalable and they are suitable for all types and sizes organizations.

To become an affiliate partner, all you have to do is begin selling Wavecrest products. As you continue to sell Wavecrest products and as your relationship with Wavecrest grows, you will be eligible for a Premium partnership.

Our products are licensed, subscription-based software solutions meaning that you will enjoy renewal sales each year as your customer base grows. We will notify you 60 days in advance as any customer renewal dates approach.
Technical Support
Technical support is available to you and any of your clients that purchase Wavecrest software.
Product Documentation
You will receive full access to all product manuals and any additional product documentation.
Wavecrest Resources
You will have full access to all white papers, case studies, industry news, and more.
WaveNews Newsletter
Our quarterly newsletter will be regularly emailed to you and your clients. It includes information about recent product developments, news, tips and more.
Customer Software Trial
Coordinated by you, your customers will have the opportunity to evaluate the products for 30 days before they buy – at no charge.
Enhanced Discount
After the first initial sales, you will receive an enhanced discount on all Wavecrest products as you continue to sell them and as the relationship between our companies grows.

 

Enhanced Payment Options
You will no longer be required to pay in advance.  Instead payment can be made within 30 days of  the purchase.

 

Priority Technical Support
A designated technical support representative will respond to your needs within one business day. Our technical support hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm Eastern Time.

 

Not for Resale (NFR) Software Copy
You will receive a copy of the software for demonstration purposes.

 

Online WebEx Training
Our products are so easy to use that you will probably not need any training, but if you do, we are happy to provide our Premium partners with WebEx training.

 

Online WebEx Training for Clients
WebEx product training is available to your clients for a fee. You will receive a discount on our training fee.

 

Use of Wavecrest Logo
You are free to use the Wavecrest logo on your Web site or marketing materials.

 

Marketing Collateral
You will have full access to our sales and marketing brochures and tools.

 

Designated Account Representative
A Wavecrest representative will be assigned to assist you with sales support.

 

Pricing

With respect to customer purchases, the pricing structure for our products is tiered based on the number of non-concurrent users to be monitored. For software products, we offer special discounted pricing for the following organizations:

  • Federal Government (including Military)
  • State/ Local Government
  • Education
  • Libraries
  • Non-profit Organizations

Discounts for software products are also available for multi-year licenses. Customers receive a 20% discount on 2-year licenses and a 30% discount on 3-year license.

Naturally, resellers are offered discounts from these software ‘list’ prices.

Customer and reseller discounts related to CyBlock Appliance are handled on a case by case basis. (Please contact us for further information on pricing for this product.) 

Our sales representatives will be available by phone and email to discuss reseller arrangements in general or to provide you with a specific quote for one of your prospects. For the quote, our representatives will need to know the type of organization (to determine discount pricing if applicable) and the number of users.

Payment

Payments can be made by wire transfer or credit card. We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard. (For 3rd party sales, credit card payment must be made in advance.)
To issue the software license at the time of purchase, we will need the name of the customer organization, contact name, address, phone number and email address.
